This hotel has the best staff. From the moment I walk in the front desk staff is wonderful. All the way to Suzie and Melissa taking care of you at the bar.
Nicole Turner was very professional. Highly knowledgeable of her job. Everyone here was nice the bar tender. She had a hair cut with a few highlights don’t remember her name. The tall lady at the desk at night didn’t know her name.Hotel was very clean the sink was a stopped up forgot to mention it to the staff. Everything is else was a 10/10.
Rooms are spacious and the AC works well. The bed and washrooms were clean but there were a few spots in the room that were definetly being missed during regular cleanings. The staff are wonderful, had a problem with my shower and the engineer on staff was able to come and fix it almost immediately. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast with fresh produce and warm food being constantly stocked up so everything is fresh and delicious. The restaurant food however is meh, burger was nice but the steak and chicken wings I had were over cooked. Had the tomato basil soup as well which was overly sweet. If you stay here I would suggest eating outside and planning accordingly.
After reading the hotel's reviews I was hesitant to book here, however I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean and the room's temperature was cold when we arrived. I appreciated the flooring (no carpet) and usually expect to have ruined white socks but was surprised by how clean it was. Towels, linen-everything was clean. Our group enjoyed our stay and we agreed we'd stay here again.
Nichol helped us to set our stay up from the mobile app, phone call and our arrival … Thank you Thank you Thank you we stayed an extra day ahead of our flight out due the incoming freeze.We had hoped a complimentary breakfast would have been offered as cheaper hotels do , felt $19 was a bit over priced . We brought our own food and used the microwave downstairs. We had a fridge in our room but no microwave… We were still happy with our stay, they were more than happy to help with any needs we had and make us feel right at home Being close to Airport was our main need, they offer a ride to and from Airport … You were perfect for us , well maybe a Hot Tub would have been nice lol … Thanks Dbl Tree and Nichol and Happy Mardi Gras Season
Always stay here. Close to Airport kind & Hummble staff & world best fresh baked Chocolate chip cookies. They need to work on Car parking.
Hotel is fine. I met with clients in the bar, and the bartender Suzy was awesome. Super attentive and helpful. We had a large group and she was able to manage drink / food orders, and the billing was 100% correct. Not an easy task with 15+ people.
